The international Red Dot jury recognized the Samsung Z20 for its thoughtful and elegant design, which prioritizes sonographer well-being while enhancing diagnostic efficiency.
Engineered in response to the high prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal injuries—impacting nearly 90% of ultrasound professionals¹—the Z20 integrates elegant ergonomics, personalized controls, and AI-powered automation to enhance comfort, reduce strain, and streamline the user experience.
A Leader in Ergonomic Innovation
The Z20 underwent independent evaluation by Sound Ergonomics – Education and Occupational Health experts – confirming that the Z20 meets or exceeds 100% of ergonomic standards; and in some cases, rendered standards obsolete2.
With electronic controls of the brakes and steering on the front and rear of the system, lightweight transducers, adjustable touch screens, and MyHERA personalization, the Z20 reduces repetitive motion and physical strain.
